Is it true that there is no post op bleeding after a placed dental implant even when there is a periodontal incision of the gum line?

Surgery: Any surgical procedure produces some bleeding. The amount varies depending upon many factors and cannot always be predetermined. Discuss this concern with the dentist actually performing the procedure on you.

Very very little: Typically there is very little bleeding following a dental implant procedure. Other things will contribute to bleeding such as the use of aspirin, blood thinners and anti-coagulants which must be considered.

Not necessarily...: An incision is an incision. Even a drop of blood is bleeding, so the answer is not true. But the bleeding is minimal if that makes you feel better.
