Treatments vary: Treatments depend on what you are trying to treat? Are you trying to treat postmenopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, etc.? Based on what you wrote in your conditions section, further evaluation is warranted due to presence of pain. Dyspareunia can be treated with topical estrogen. NSAIDs may be used for period pain. Tender cervix should be further evaluated by GYN
