Need to examine: Post-menopausal bleeding warrants an examination of the vagina and vaginal vault. It would be prudent to see your gynecologist for an in-person examination.

Spotting: You should not have spotting after hysterectomy. You should consult an Ob-Gyn to rule out other causes.

Needs evaluation : See your gynecologist, blood may be coming from the cervical stump if you had subtotal hysterectomy, or the vagina itself, but you need to be examined, best wishes
