SPEAK TO SOMEONE...D: You sound depressed to me. You could speak to a good friend or pschologist to begin. Stress can add a lot of emotional turmoil too.

Stress & depression: You list here several of the main symptoms of major depressive disorder. Life stresses can certainly trigger depressive episodes -- but you also need to see your primary care doctor to investigate for any other illnesses that can look like depression, but aren't. Depression is certainly treatable with a combination of psychotherapy and possibly medications if necessary. Good luck to you.

Agree with above. Also have a comprehensive blood work to check for thyroid condition, hormonal deficiency (testosterone for males and estrogen for females). Try also yoga, meditation, prayers and humor.Exercise may boost your energy. Live each day and don't look too far ahead. Check out this website: theinterviewwithgod.com

Agree with Dr. Pappas and also endorse Dr. Bonuel's comments. Besides psychotherapy and possibly medication herbs and supplements may help (like 5-HTP, SAMe, Cordyceps, Rhodiola). Definitely be checked for thyroid problems (and know that you might need thyroid despite a "normal" TSH). Food allergies like gluten sensitivity might also be an issue!
