A member asked:

My mri says i have rotatory dextroconvex scoliosis. could this be causing my muscle spasms? i also have ddd & multifactorial spondylosis in c6/7.

Yes: Scoliosis causes some segments of the spine to be restricted, while other levels take the load, and those muscles respond to fatigue with failure of control and spasm. DDD rarely causes pain with movement, just stiffness with inactivity.
