What is the treatment for lumbar spondylosis i.E narrowed space between L5 and s1?
Is it common that a 1 month l5-s1 bulging disc makes my whole back/spine in pain? Or its from ddd? I felt pain increased after mckenzie excersies.
An X-ray has shown spondylosis of the spine involving all levels with disk space narrowing which is most prominent at L5/S1. MRI has been advised ?
