A member asked:

How safe is it to give cervical epidural steroid injections to c5/c7 if i have moderate canal stenosis , ddd, foraminal narrowing & spondylosis. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not always safe: May have risk of spinal cord injury, and indication is very specific, clearcut disc compression of nerve root just prior to exiting spinal canal. Unlikely to be of any benefit for your described condition, and risk may outweigh benefit. Get second opinion.
