Does lymph fluis secretion from piercing after 2 years mean infection or adverse reaction? both nipples pierced. .. lymph mixed with blood at times.

Complication: Piercing places you at increased risk for infection. Currently you are not describing any infection symptoms, such as redness, swelling, increased warmth or a bad smelling discharge with a green or yellow color. This sounds like a complication of piercing.
