Complication: Piercing places you at increased risk for infection. Currently you are not describing any infection symptoms, such as redness, swelling, increased warmth or a bad smelling discharge with a green or yellow color. This sounds like a complication of piercing.

"Lymph" mixed with blood is concerning. You should remove the piercings, and go see a doctor and get a mammogram and / or an ultrasound of your breast.
