Depends: 2 month history of a swollen lymph node with no other symptoms may not be anything to worry about, but it depends on the size of the node too. Very common after an upper respiratory, salivary or dental infection. If still concerned, I recommend you follow up with your primary doctor or even an ENT specialist.
