Lump: How long have you had this lump? I would see your PCP for a physical to diagnose the lump. It could be a cyst or a fatty deposit known as a lipoma ( benign fatty tumor) versus another skin lesion. You do need to be examined.

Lump on leg: could be several things. Best to see your healthcare provider and have it checked out. Hard to say without seeing and feeling it. Sorry. Dr R
