?Hemorrhoids: Is this first time? Sure you are not having Menstrual period? Is it associated with Diarrhea and ever? then it is Enteritis.Rx Liquids and BRAT Diet. Most common reason for BRBPR is Ext and Int Hemorrhoids. Blood in tilt always appears more than what it is because it is diluted with water. If it continues with each BM or in-between get Flex Sig for finding out the cause.

Seek medical care: Usually a small amount of blood in the stool in a young person is from hemorrhoids. However, hemorrhoids do not cause abdominal pain. If you are bleeding a lot or having a lot of pain I would go to the Emergency Department immediately. If you feel that the bleeding has stopped it could wait until tomorrow, but a lot of blood and abdominal pain needs an evaluation by a health care practitioner.
