Evaluation...: If this is a new onset of rectal bleeding and have never been checked I would suggest to do so. If you are young and no family history of rectal/colon cancer most of the time it is related to constipation and possible hemorrhoids.However, my definite advise is to see your doctor if you have not had that checked before. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and fruits and vegetables.
