I've had bloody stool and fatigue after bowel movements for 3 or 4 days. even blood when passing wind. it's in the toilet, not just on the paper. as of today i am now constipated and cramping. do i need to seek urgent care?

Bright red blood can be from hemorrhoids, inflamed rectum, anal fissure,diverticulosis of the descending colon, inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis, or growths in the colon or rectum. If you are bleeding heavily or having abdominal pain,go to the emergency room for prompt care.
