Anything: Jogging, biking, swimming, aerobics, sports at school. You can't lose weight in certain spots but getting in shape will tone and trim everything. There are videos on You tube called Fitness Blender that are free and easy to do at home-aerobic/cardio and toning workouts. Good luck!

Strength and cardio: Weight loss is most effective with both diet and exercise changes. From the exercise perspective cardiovascular activity such as running, swimming, etc will help with overall weight loss including in your arm and abdominal area. Abdominal exercises like planks and crunches can help tone the muscles I that area. Lifting weights, push ups and dips can help with your arms. Hope that helps a little.
