Renal colic!: If you have this history, you may be having another or kidney infection! Fever? Chills, disclosed urine? Call and Be seen by your urologist . Need to treat underlying issue- uric acid, calcium etc.

Kidney stone: Hi, please stay well hydrated, you might have another kidney stone, therefore you need to see your doctor for CT scan, if the pain is too much to tolerate you can go to ER for IV hydration and pain control. Also you better see a urologist. Feel better soon.

Here are some ...: Your personal experience in handling multiple stones should be the invaluable asset for you to decide when, what, and how to take timely action for current ordeal. If current Sx deviates from those in prior stone attack, go to ER to assure no gallbladder or lung issues. If similar and tolerable, you can wait, but if the pain becomes persistent and you feel chill, that is emergency and go to ER.
