Kidney stones: Sounds to me like u might have some more kidney stones or gravel making their move. I suggest going to the emergency room to have it evaluated.

Get CT: With your history of 12 stones & lithotripsy,the pain in your rt.flank is very likely another stone.Hopefully you have had a metabolic workup including serum sodium,potassium,chloride,bicarbonate,creatinine,calcium,uric acid & phosphorus;urine pH.Also 24Hr.urine for volume,calcium,sodium,citrate,oxalate &uric acid.Meanwhile,for your pain,please call your urologist.I hope you feel better soon.
