Spine pain: Pain in any joint is more soft tissues around joint than just joint. Muscles tendons ligaments are as affected as joint as one functional unit.Spine pain=back pain. If muscles around vertebrae are weak, that can lead to pain. Walking strengthen back muscles, as bicycling! long term stress leads to back pain. Sleeplessness leads invariably to back pain.
