Yes, see osteopath: It's very possible that it could be from your low back bulging discs, if it's restraining motion up to your shoulders. However, you need to have this further evaluated by an osteopathic physician, who can review your films, your complete medical, trauma, social history to see how much your bulging discs are affecting this. Often times, this can easily be treated with osteopathic manipulation.

Perhaps: A bulging disc in the lower spine would not directly cause severe shoulder pain. However, your spine compensates for any tilt or curvature in other parts of the spine, creating pain in your shoulders. You could get a scan of your neck to determine if you have bulging discs there as well.
