?Pleuritic: Inflammation of the lining of the lungs and chest cavity, known as pleuritis or pleurisy, can cause "pleuritic" chest pain. Pleuritis should be suspected if the pain or burning gets worse when you take deep breaths. There may be several causes of pleuritis, such as infection, inflammation, reactive airway disease, etc. Take an NSAID and call the Dr. for an evlautaion of your chest/lung discomfort

More info: There is a lot we don't know to be able to help you. If you are having any trouble breathing, I'd recommend you go get checked out by a provider who can do a thorough history and physical exam, and any studies they deem necessary. Be well!
