See your Dr.: Coughing when you take a breath is usually a sign of irritation of the airways in your lung, also the sharp stabbing pain could be a sign of lung lining irritation. A blood clot in the lung can cause these symptoms especially if you are short of breath muscle spasm in your back can cause some of your symptoms but should not cause dizziness. Get help.
