Diabetes: diabetes which is controlled with exercise and diet and a blood glucose of 90 (I assume mg/dL) which is normal, you should be fine to do resistance exercises provided you do NOT have any cardiac conditions. I would start very slowly with very light weight and build up strength over a period of one year
