Relax: I can only hope to put your mind at rest. As per your statement, you appear to be physically doing great! You are 32, I assume you live in Ireland? Stay well, be happy, and relax, enjoy the Beautiful country and the great people of Ireland you live with. If you truly have an anxiety issue, there is always people like therapists and/or trained psychologists and even Dr.'s to help you.

Anxiety/panic: Once all medical causes of anxiety/panic have been ruled out by your medical doctor, it is then time to seek treatment with the psychiatrists. Anxiety/panic disorders can be scary and painfully endured in silence by patients so do not hesitate to ask for help. And as always, patients with any suicidal thoughts need to be seen immediately.
