If you truly have an anxiety issue, there is always people like therapists and/or trained psychologists and even Dr.'s to help you.

Anxiety/panic: Once all medical causes of anxiety/panic have been ruled out by your medical doctor, it is then time to seek treatment with the psychiatrists. Anxiety/panic disorders can be scary and painfully endured in silence by patients so do not hesitate to ask for help. And as always, patients with any suicidal thoughts need to be seen immediately.
