Gallbladder?: Your pain could come from your gallbladder. If you take vit D3 supplements, anything under 2000 IU should be safe

Flank pain and hi ca: Your combination of history and symptoms makes me think a kidney stone from hyperparathyroidism. I recommend a kidney ultrasound and diagnostic labs, urine Ca, serum Ca, iCa, iPTH, 25 OH Vit D at a minimum. If labs confirm this diagnosis, then proceed to neck u/s and possible 4D CT and Surgical consultation.
