How do i treat rib and back pain i have two left side ribs causing me not to be able stand erect , lift anything on the right side, and severe pain in lower back , left side at l 2 and 3 vert. i can't sit and type almost in tears it hurts so bad.

This : This degree of pain is unusual for pure musculoskeletal problems to the "ribs" of to the thoracic area. You are not giving much information but i would want to make sure you don't have another problem internally that coulb be causing problems.
