Hurt ribs(front right)pain in ribs is now gone but my lower back is hurting can't stand up, any ideas on if these two are related? thank you

Possibly both could-: Have been hurt together, or one can have 2 different things going wrong at the same time. Generally in falls, the person tries to turn (avoiding to fall or break his fall) ; can pull a ms or two, causing pain, while the impact of the fall (say on to the ribs) will result in painful ribs from a bruise or break. Taking pain meds, a ms relaxer, hot packs, and gentle exercises would help. See pcp.
