See Doctor Now: Symptoms given do not give enough info to make diagnosis. More info needed e.g. duration of pain, history of trauma, any urinary symptoms, menstrual history, recent illness, and more. Physical exam is needed to add further info/correlation with description of pain. Presence of fever is important indicator of infection.
