Tests are important: There are many causes for bleeding and for an enlarged armpit (axillary) lymph node, many of which are not cancer. Without examining you, it would be difficult to assess my suspicion. Regardless, you need to have this evaluated and soon (which you are doing appropriately). If there is cancer noted on biopsy, the armpit lymph node should be evaluated with biopsy and maybe PET scan.
