Breast biopsy march 15 (benign) underarms were ultrasound and armpits were unremarkable. today slight burn and pain in armpits. any chance of breast cancer ?

The biopsy would have detected a small or even a large growth. The ultrasound a visual of any size tumor. Don't worry and see your PCP if symptoms continue.
