R arm weakness: Sheldon, at your age it probably does not mean anything except that you have done a little more exercise or used the right arm a bit more than the left. Be on the lookout for worsening weakness, redness, swelling and numbness in the arm. If this is occurring please go in and see a doctor to evaluate thanks
