All of a sudden i have a cranky aching feeling at the bending part of my right arm what could this be?

Hart to say: It's very hard to say without a proper examination as there are many conditions around the elbow with pain like this. It could be tennis or golfer's elbow with pain over the sides of the elbow causing the pain of bending it especially with certain movements of the wrist. It could be the onset of arthritis. It could be inflamed ligaments in the elbow.See your doc for proper evaluation and treatment
