How accurate is a bagged urine sample in a 2 month old uncircumcised baby? culture came back postive.

If the culture : From the urine came back positive for more than 100,000 counts , then it is significant . If less than , it needs to be repeated , preferably a cathetetized specimen. Since your baby is only 2 months old ,all other factors will be taken into consideration as to how long to treat and if further diagnostic work up will be necessary or not. Talk to your Pediatrician.
