If bag for babies urine sample was contaminated can high level of white blood cell test be false?also second bag for culture make test false neg?

No bags!!: If there is a significant concern for a urine infection in a baby, a bag specimen should never be used. It's akin to pooping on an area before a culture is collected instead of a nice sterile clean sight. The baby should be catheterized with a tiny feeding tube or small cath tube and a truly clean specimen obtained. So many false positives from dirty specimens and then unclear results.
