Not sure: But you need to have a doctor examine it, and give a diagnosis, so the treatment is correct. It could be allergic, inflammatory, infectious as mosquito bites are deadly this year per the Center of Disease Control. So, don't delay and get some relief! Has to be tied to something you ate or inhaled. Eye twitching may be separate issue.
