Check your B12 vitamin levels first: Before randomly getting a vitamin B12 shot done. In any case you have to have a doctor inject to you. So it isn't as easy as it sounds. But knowing what your lab value is, will determine how much B12 you need, in order to have normal levels. Then you can supplement either orally or by injection.
