No: Vitamin B12 is commonly thought of as a vitamin that improves energy. This is a common misconception. Individuals who have B12 deficiency may become anemic causing tiredness. In these individuals, a B12 shot will improve anemia and thus improve energy. However, non-anemic individuals who receive a B12 injection will not have more energy.

Depends: B12 will give you more energy, only if you are deficient in B12. If you are not deficient,it will not provide any energy. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
