A 28-year-old female asked:

Is b-12 good to take if your tired and don't have a whole lot of energy? will it hurt you at all? what are reasons not to take it and too much?

Probably not: Unlikely that a healthy 28 yo is B12 deficient, thus any impact on energy would be attributed to a placebo effect. Should not be harmful as B12 is ineffeciently absorbed.
