High Protein/Low Fat: There are lots of energy rich foods. Add a handful of almonds, hazelnuts or cashews to your daily diet. Increase your intake of whole grains, particularly bran cereal. Eat more fish. Don't skip breakfast or any other meal for that matter. Drink more water and consume less sugar. For quick boost power snack with peanut butter on a whole-wheat cracker or Greek yogurt with nuts.
