No!: They are only good if you have B12 deficiency or at risk for it such as if you had gastric bypass surgery, stomach surgery or removal or pernicious anemia. If you B12 level is normal to start with and you are not at risk, then these shots are not yet useful, yet they are not known to be harmful.
