Diet and Energy: Good question: science has now proven that our caloric intake should be composed of protein first (about 60%) and just a bit of fats and carbohydrates. Sugar is an enemy if you are tired. But, we must also make sure there is not an underlying disease such as diabetes, anemia, sleep apnea, or thyroid diseases. A good medical provider can help you sort this out. But, first eat right!
