Sounds like: nerve compression at the level of spine or more distally. Show it to your doctor, so he can run some tests. Does not sound like a metabolic disorder, if symptoms are localized to right hand only.

Be seen: Numbness suggests a neurological etiology. Can be from the brain, neck, or down farther into the arm. Consider being seen. A nerve conduction may also be helpful.
