It's probably safe: Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) drops are considered "class C" during pregnancy, which basically means that there is not enough good data in the medical literature to say whether it is harmful or safe. That being said, the systemic absorbtion of topical drops applied to the eye/ear is fairly low (meaning very little will actually make it into the blood stream), which makes harm to the fetus unlikely.
