Abdomen pain: You may have a lot of stress which could be upsetting your stomach or eaten something that did not agree with you. The dizziness is likely from not eating and drinking enough. I would drink 32 to 40 oz of water and see if your dizziness does not resolve. You are probably dehydrated and the dizziness will go away once you are rehydrated. Good luck and feel better!
