I told my gp my blood pressure was low with reading of 95/52 as well as feeling dizzy and sick with headaches. he said its healthy, is he right?

Normal BP <120/80: However, if one is having symptoms of "dizzy and sick with headaches", then while 95/52 mmHg looks good on paper, it may not be physiologic for your body. In other words for your height, BMI, build etc. you may prefer a higher BP, albeit still close to 120/80mmHg. More info needed in terms of your heart rate with that BP. If fast, then suggests you are dehydrated, etc. etc. See a cardiologist
