Have been having abdominal pains in the left side near my ribs for about a week and today i was dizzy and felt sick my blood pressure was 142/90.

Not Sure: The colon sweeps up under the L ribs but spleen is also in that area. The blood pressure is borderline high but I doubt causing dizziness. I am not sure of your age but if over 40 then may need to consider diverticulitis. The stomach could also be considered such as ulcer but that pain tends to be more middle to R side upper area. You really need to see a doctor for evaluation.
