Verify with doc: Keeping things mobile after surgery is a common practice nowadays. Not sure if you have sutures or some type of closure or how long post op you are. Many docs like to keep things moving. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. If you are feeling an increase in pain in the area or something doesn't seem right, let your doc know .
