Many: Legumes are a great source of fiber in a tasty, low fat package. So, beans (kidney, black, garbanzo, navy, red, etc.), lentils, soy beans (edamami), etc. My favorite snack is a small container of edamami. I boil them, keep them in the fridge, then use them for a great little snack. Oatmeal is also a good snack, but requires more work. Don't get bored, try new things.
