You should see a GI doctor to see if there are any other treatments that would be helpful to treat your hemorrhoids besides diet to avoid constipation. Are your stools soft? If you are straining to have bowel movements, this could be contributing to the bleeding. But, you may need alternate treatments so that the bleeding is stopped. So, see a GI doctor for evaluation and treatment. Good luck!
