No insulin: The most common cause of hypoglicemia in pateint without diabetes is that your body over react to high glucose foods and produces too much Insulin causing your blood sugar to drop. That is why the diet is so important to prevent that. Exercise causes your blood sugar to go into tissues without the use of Insulin and reduces that reaction.
