Possible: Yes! Too much exercise might burn up glucose. Lifting every day for an hour is too much unless you keep taking drinks or fruit, or something similar. Cut down your exercise time and days. Spent some money to get a blood glucose meter and test strips and check your glucose once a day, particularly when you are feeling different.
