Hkpp?: Exercise drives sugar into cells and would cause hypoglycemia if your liver failed to metabolize glycogen and couldn't perform gluconeogenesis. An insulin secreting tumor should be ruled out. Exercise should not affect potassium unless you have a metabolic disorder (low potassium from alkalosis, high potassium from acidosis). Are you seeing an endocrinologist?

Endocrinologist: When elevated blood sugar is lowered by treatment such as insulin, potassium enters cells and the serum potassium may fall. In nondiabetics, eating sweets may cause a spike in blood sugar which releases insulin and this may lower blood sugar below normal in some people. An endocrinologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.
